Daily Alert Emails and Downloadable Reports

Overview

K4Community Resident Check-In provides the ability to produce four reports that each help you manage your Resident Check-In System. These reports are built with the community staff member in mind, and are meant to make your life easier.

The four reports are divided into two categories: reports that are emailed directly to you and reports that can be generated in Team Hub.

Reports Emailed Directly To Staff

Daily Device Alert Report

This is an automated daily report emailed directly to you to manage K4Community devices that may require attention within your community. It includes information on new alerts, generated within the past 24 hours, and previously reported alerts so you can always have an accurate list. On the last page of this report you’ll find suggestions on how to manage the different types of alerts you may see. We recommend that you check this report regularly to ensure all devices are functioning to their full capabilities. The healthier your systems are, the better your Resident Check-In system will perform.

Resident Check-In Report

This report lists activity received during your custom check-in window. If no resident motion was detected during your check-in window and/or no activity via Alexa, you will receive that alert in this report. You are encouraged to log into Team Hub to begin resolving alerts soon after you receive the Resident Check-In Report.

Reports Staff Can Generate In Team Hub

Unresolved Alerts Report

This report generates a quick summary of any alerts that have not yet been resolved. You are able to generate this report in the Resident Check-In section of Team Hub.

Alert Activity Report

This report generates a quick summary of active alerts during a specific period of time. You are able to generate this report in the Resident Check-In section of Team Hub.
