Once the app is downloaded to your mobile device, you will be presented with a prompt asking for the code you received. There are a few different ways to generate the secure activation code which we will review below. This process will only need to happen once, unless the app is deleted or is downloaded onto a second device. 


Once K4Community Plus is downloaded to the mobile device, there are two ways to activate the app:

  • Activate by email
  • Generate a secure activation code in Team Hub

If a resident wishes to activate by email, ensure the resident’s preferred email is added to their Resident Directory profile.

How to Activate by Email:

  1. Click "I Need A Code" in the app.

  2. Enter the preferred email address when prompted.

  3. Click "Request Code"

  4. A secure 6-digit activation code will be sent to the email address provided.

  5. Enter the 6-digit code in the space provided in the K4Community Plus app.

  6. You're done!

How to Activate using an Activation Code in Team Hub:

  1. Navigate to the Resident Directory in Team Hub.

  2. Click the 3-dot menu on the resident's profile.

  3. Click "Get App Code"

  4. A pop up will appear with a 6-digit activation code. Enter this code into the K4Community Plus App to log in.

  5. You're done! This process will only need to happen once unless the resident deletes the app or wants to add the app to a second device.
