You will now be able to gain a deeper understanding of community smart home health than ever before, thanks to 24/7 real-time views of your community Wi-Fi, device health, and much more!

Daily Device Alert Report

As a reminder, with the introduction of K4Ops, we have discontinued the distribution of the Daily Device Alert Report (DDAR) as of today, February 15th. K4Ops provides all of the same reporting formerly shared via the DDAR, with additional features and capabilities that keep staff constantly aware and residents comfortable and safe. If you need assistance or more information on how to manage this process, please contact your Customer Success Manager. If you are unsure of your Customer Success Manager contact, please email K4Connect Support at Support@K4Connect.com who can assist in getting you connected to the right person.
