Bream Integration: Requirements and Implementation Guide

Integrating Bream with K4Community Plus offers immediate access to professionally curated content for residents inside the K4Community Plus app and on K4TV.

  • Automatic Content Delivery: Bream content is seamlessly loaded into the What’s New feed of the K4Community Plus app without manual uploads.
  • Multi-Platform Access: Content is available via K4TV and K4Community Plus app. Bream content can also be scheduled to display via Direct Broadcast channel.
  • Daily Updates: The integration refreshes nightly, ensuring newly added Bream content becomes available the next day for timely and relevant engagement.
  • Simplified Workflow: No additional configuration is required beyond initial setup, providing regular valuable content for residents and minimizing staff workload.

Requirements

  • Purchase the Annual Plan: Acquire the annual subscription directly from Bream. Operators must specify the licensed community during checkout to ensure proper configuration.
  • Provide Licensing Information: After purchase, credentials for your license will be sent from Bream to K4Connect.
  • Community Setup Details: If you are an operator, be sure to indicate which community(ies) you are licensing at checkout. 

Implementation

  • Purchase and Credential Transfer: Once the annual plan is purchased, Bream sends licensing credentials to K4Connect.
  • Integration Configuration: K4Connect configures the integration using the provided credentials and syncs Bream content to your community systems.
  • Content Availability Timeline: After configuration, content populates the What’s New feed and K4TV channels automatically.
  •  Regular Nightly Updates: Updates occur nightly, so any new content from Bream will appear the following day.
  • Estimated timeframe: The setup is completed shortly after license credentials are received, making it a near-immediate integration once purchase is finalized
