      Can I move a K4Community Alexa device to another room?

      Yes, K4Community Alexa devices can be moved from room-to-room. 

      Some communities may have access to a tool that will allow moving devices without engaging Support. However, if you don't have that tool, reach out to K4Connect Support and we'll be happy to do that for you.

      If you move a device to a new room, please make sure that any labeling or stickers that indicate which room it belongs to are updated. If there's any question as to which room the device belongs to, contact K4Connect Support and we can identify that for you.
