Requirements

  • Server URL: Supplied by Computrition to allow K4Connect system access.

  • Timezone Setting: Specific to your community to ensure accurate scheduling and data updates.

  • Enablement Date: A mutually agreed-upon date when the integration will go live.

Implementation

  1. Credential Exchange: Computrition provides K4Connect with necessary credentials to access the system.

  2. Integration Setup: K4Connect configures the integration and initiates the syncing of dining data. Your live dining data is not affected at this step.

  3. Data Validation: The integration is validated for completeness and accuracy. This includes verification of restaurant names, menus and menu items, nutritional data, etc.

  4. System Connection: On the enablement date, K4Connect connects Computrition with the target systems and applications, such as K4Community.

  5. Ongoing Syncing: Once connected, live dining data is updated nightly, ensuring continuous accuracy and reliability.
