Cautionary Notes
- Always save the design before publishing; publishing without saving may result in missing or outdated content.
- Confirm the canvas size matches the intended screen orientation, especially for landscape signage.
- When using the color picker, choose colors that maintain text readability against the background.
- Double-check event date, time, and location before publishing to avoid incorrect signage.
- Make sure the correct destinations are selected so the slide appears only where intended.
Tips for Efficiency
- Reuse existing images from the media library when possible to save time.
- Keep the layout simple: one strong image, one headline, and one detail block is often enough.
- Use the color dropper to quickly match text and background colors to the image.
- Center elements using the canvas guides to reduce manual alignment work.
- Save frequently while editing to prevent losing changes.
- If creating similar announcements often, use this design as a template for future slides.
