Requirements
- API Access: Contact Delegate to grant API access to K4Connect for your account.
- Credentials: Provide Delegate-issued credentials (Username, Password, and Server URL) to K4Connect.
- Data Details: Share the Cost Center Number/Kitchen and MealPlanTemplate for all restaurants and menus to enable accurate synchronization.
Implementation
- Initial Call: A meeting will be scheduled to review integration details, exchange credentials, and define configuration options.
- Timeline Agreement: Both parties will set an agreed-upon date to activate the integration.
- Configuration & Sync: K4Connect will configure the system and perform the initial data synchronization.
- Ongoing Updates: After activation, menu data will automatically update daily in all connected systems, requiring no further manual input.
