FullCount SSO Portal Integration: Requirements and Implementation Guide

Integrating the FullCount Single Sign-On (SSO) Portal with FusionOS simplifies access to FullCount services for residents, providing a seamless login experience to the FullCount Resident Portal. This article outlines the key benefits, requirements, and implementation steps for onboarding this integration successfully.

Key Benefits

  • Seamless Access for Residents: Residents can simply click a link inside their K4Community Plus app and be automatically logged in to their FullCount account with no need to navigate to another app or enter credentials each time.

  • Improved Accessibility: Simplifies residents' access to features like meal ordering and other FullCount services. No need to launch and log into another app.

Requirements

  • FullCount SSO Portal Access: You contact FullCount to request SSO Portal access for your contract.

  • Credential Sharing: FullCount will then provide the necessary credentials for SSO portal access to K4Connect.

  • Custom Link to: K4Connect will supply you with a link that, when clicked, will take the resident directly into their FullCount account page without needing to log in.

Implementation

  1. Integration Activation: K4Connect will enable the integration and provide you with a dedicated link to the FullCount portal.

  2. Link Sharing: Community staff will create a post and shortcut in your TeamHub Post Manager using the K4-provided link. The post can be customized and targeted to relevant resident groups or care settings to ensure only residents with Volante accounts can see the link.

  3. Resident Access: Once the portal post is live, residents can click the link and they will be automatically signed into the FullCount Resident Portal, where they can access all contracted features.
