Manage Building Alert Settings

K4Connect's smart home systems with thermostats allow maintenance teams to set up alerts for high and low temperatures in residents' homes.

To set up a Building Alert: 

1. In Team Hub, go to Admin > Settings
2. Click on Building Alerts 
3. Click Edit and check the box next to the alerts you want to enable. 
4. Set you preferred thresholds and click Save
5. In the Phone numbers field, set the phone number(s) that will receive SMS text messages when a given threshold is reached.
6. Click Save
