This article explains how to update resident check-in summary email settings, including who receives the summary, whether a second notification is sent later in the day, and how to request changes to the check-in window if needed.
Navigate to Resident Check-in Settings
- From the left-hand navigation menu, scroll to Admin.
- Click Settings.
- Select Resident Check-in.
- To make changes, click the Edit button in the bottom-right corner.
Update Summary Email Recipients and Optional Second Notification
- In the settings panel, click the three-dot menu.
- Select Edit.
- Add or remove email addresses that should receive the resident check-in summary email.
- If needed, enable a second notification for later in the day.
- Choose the time for the second email to be sent.
- Add the email addresses that should receive the second notification.
- Click Save
A second notification email can be used to escalate outstanding RCI alerts to team members who would need to confirm that all alerts are resolved daily.
Request Changes to the Check-in Window if Needed
Changes to the check-in window cannot be made directly in the Team Hub. If you need to modify your check-in window, reach out to our Support team and we'll make those modifications for you.
Cautionary Notes
- The start and end date of the check-in window cannot be edited directly from the Resident Check-in settings page.
- Only add recipients who should legitimately receive resident check-in summaries or escalation notifications.
- Double-check all email addresses before saving to avoid sending sensitive information to the wrong recipients.
Tips for Efficiency
- Create a group email address that can be added to the RCI settings and manage the group instead of adding and removing emails from the Team Hub.
- Use the second notification for escalation contacts who need visibility into unresolved alerts later in the day.
