Implementation

• Kickoff Call & Credential Exchange (First call): Our Integrations team will align with community decision-makers on scope, confirm source of truth and destination, and exchange any required credentials.

• Configuration & Environment Setup: K4Connect configures the integration and sets up the source and destination locations specified by the community.

• Initial Data Sync & Validation: K4Connect performs the first census data sync and validates results to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Go-Live Walkthrough (Second call): When the integration is ready, K4Connect hosts a second call to walk you through making the final connections between systems.
