How do I manage my profile in K4Community Plus?

To access your profile on the mobile app, tap the profile picture icon in the top left corner.

On the web app, click the profile picture and then click Profile.

Some fields on your profile are managed by community staff through the Team Hub. Please reach out to your community staff if you need any of the following information changed:

  • Address
  • Building 
  • Email
  • Primary phone
  • Secondary phone
  • Birthday

 

 

You can edit your BiographyVisibility Settings, Default Home Page, Color Scheme and Logout

Biography

To edit the Biography, click Edit, make changes and then click Save

Visibility

To edit the Visibility Settings you simply check the box next to the information you would like to hide from the Directory. The changes are saved automatically and can be undone at any time. 

Default Home Screen

To edit the Default Home Screen click the dropdown under Change your home screen and select the preferred screen. This selection will control which screen you see first when you open the app.

Color scheme

If you have visibility challenges, you can turn on Dark Mode which will change the color scheme to a high-contrast color

Logout

To Logout click Logout at the very bottom of the page and click Logout again to confirm.
