How do I view K4Community Plus app content for a specific community?
Community staff users who have multiple communities associated with their profile (typically these are at the Operator level) can switch between their associated communities on the Profile page.
To switch between communities you must be logged in as a staff user who has multiple communities associated to their profile.
To switch to a different community:
Go to your profile. For mobile, tap on the profile pic in the top left corner. For web app, click the profile pic in the bottom left corner and select Profile.
- Scroll down to Select a Community and click the dropdown field
- Choose the community you want to view. This selection will remain your default selection unless you change it again.
The app will automatically refresh to show the content for the community you selected.
