How staff can see content in the Plus App

It is often useful for staff members to be able to see what content looks like in the K4Community Plus app. The app is built to allow staff to see a read-only version of the app for review and demonstration purposes. 

To activate the app as a staff member:

  1. Locate your staff profile under Admin > Community Directory.
  2. Click on the 3-dot menu to the far right on your profile and select Get App Code
  3. Open the K4Community Plus app and click on Have a code?
  4. Enter the code and click Get Started

Once you're in the app, there will be some restrictions since you're not a resident. 

Those restrictions include: 

  • Cannot sign up yourself or others for events
  • Cannot chat with or video call residents in the Directory
  • Will not be signed into any external apps that are connected with SSO login
  • Cannot invite and connect with friends and family
