How to check work order status using K4Community voice

Once you've opened your work order whether through the K4Community Plus app or Alexa, you can ask Alexa for the status of your work orders. 

To get the status of your open work orders:

1. Say, "Alexa, what are my work orders?"
2. Alexa will read the description, date submitted, and status of all past work orders. For Echo Show devices, she'll also list the work orders and their statuses on screen
   
   

If you need her to repeat the work orders say, "Alexa, repeat my work orders."
