How to control volume or mute my K4Community Alexa device

Simply say, "Alexa set the volume to [0-10]." or "Alexa, volume [up/down]

Asking Alexa to set the volume to 0 will mute the device's speaker. It will not mute the microphone. 

By device controls

For the Echo Dot and Echo Show, press the plus (+) button to increase the volume and the minus (-) button to decrease.

Pressing the mute button (circle with a slash through it) mutes the device's microphone. It will not mute the speaker.
