How to export data with Team Hub

Team Hub offers data export for App Usage, Directory, and Events data. 

To export this data:

1. Go to Reports > Data Exports
2. Click Export for the data you want

3a. For App Usage or Directory, click Download on the next screen and your export will begin. 

• The App Usage data export contains four columns
  • First Name: The first name of the resident.
  • Last Name: The last name of the resident.
  • D/W/M user: is the resident considered a daily, weekly, or monthly user of K4 during the previous 30 days.
  • App Usage: The number of times the user used the app during the previous 30 days
• The Directory data export contains thirteen columns including the resident's personal information and preferences.

3b. For Events data, select the Time Range, Month, and Calendars you want to export and then click Download
