How to generate a K4Community Plus App activation code for a resident
If a resident doesn't have an email on their K4Community profile or are otherwise having trouble logging into the app, any community staff with Team Hub access can generate an activation code to help get them logged in.
To generate an activation code:
- Go to the Residents > Directory
- Locate the resident's profile
- Click the 3-dot menu and select Get App Code
The code will appear on screen.
Note: For security purposes, activation codes expire after 24 hours or until used.
