Generate a Plus App Activation Code for a Resident
This article explains how to generate a resident's activation code for the K4 Community Plus app.
Go to the Residents section in TeamHub
- Log in to TeamHub.
- From the left-hand navigation menu, select Residents.
- This is where you will find the Resident record needed to generate the app code.
Select the correct Resident and generate the app code
- Locate the Resident who needs a K4 Community Plus activation code.
- Click on the Resident’s name to open their record.
- In the bottom-right action menu, click Get App Code.
- The code is valid for 24 hours or until used for login
Cautionary Notes
- Do not delay in sharing the code with the Resident, since it expires after 24 hours.
- Verify you have selected the correct Resident before generating the code.
- The activation code is six digits; if the Resident reports issues, confirm the code was entered correctly with no spaces or other characters and is still within the valid time window.
