How to manage Building Alert settings

K4Connect's smart home systems with thermostats allow maintenance teams to set up alerts for high and low temperatures in residents' homes.

To set up a Building Alert: 

1. In Team Hub, go to Admin > Settings
2. Click on Expand on Building Alerts 
3. Depending on your preferences turn on or off the Low Temperature Alert and the High Temperature Alert options
4. Set your temperature thresholds in the Temperature fields
5. In the Phone number field, set the phone number(s) that will receive SMS text messages when a temperature threshold is reached. Click Add phone number to add additional numbers
6. Click Save
