How to match FullCount IDs to K4Community Resident profiles
This article is intended for communities with the FullCount integration enabled
When a new resident is added to K4Community, the resident record needs to be matched to FullCount. This is done in Team Hub.
- Go to Admin > Integrations.
- Select FullCount.
- Enter the FullCount ID next to the resident's name and click the check box to save
The K4Community integration will try to find possible matches for the resident based on name to make the association step easier. If we found a potential ID, there will be a link indicating Potential ID. Click the link to view and match the correct ID.
