K4Community Plus provides a great resource for community staff to share information and content with you, but the more content that's shared to the app, the harder it can be to find what you need with the hunt-and-peck method of scrolling through various folders of information.
That's where the Search feature really comes in handy. The Search feature is easily accessible from any location within the app, allowing you to find relevant information and content that matches your search criteria. It utilizes an AI-assisted search model, which not only retrieves exact matches but also includes results related to your search terms, enhancing the overall search experience.
Additionally, the order of search results is influenced by your location within the app when the search is conducted. For example, if you are searching while in the Directory, the results will encompass all content available in the app, but those results specific to the Directory will be prioritized at the top of the list.
To search, simply tap on Search and enter the terms you're interested in.
