How to turn off or opt out a resident for Resident Check-in
In some cases, residents will not want to participate in the Resident Check-in system. This is, of course, up to the community's discretion, but if you choose to, you can turn off RCI for specific residents. This is typically accompanied by a waiver that the community provides for the residents to sign.
To turn off RCI:
- In the Team Hub go to Residents > Resident Directory
- Select the resident profile
- Click on Preferences
- Click Edit
- Click the toggle to turn Resident Check-in off
- Click Save
This can be turned back on at any time.
With RCI turned off, the resident will appear in the Resident Check-in system as Alerts not active
