How to use an external event sign-up manager

When creating an event in the Team Hub Event Manager, you can include a link to an external sign-up manager to manage the sign-ups for individual events. 

To use an external event sign-up link: 

  • While creating or editing the event, scroll down to the More Information section and enter your URL in the External Signup URL field 
  • Click Publish

Once the URL is added, the Attend button on the event in the K4Community app will link to the external signup site when clicked. Once the resident signs up, the event will appear in their My Events section as usual.
