Requirements

Initiate Contact: Reach out to your MealSuite Customer Service representative and request the K4Community integration.

MealSuite Credentials: MealSuite will provide the credentials required to enable the integration.

Time Zone Information: Provide the local time zone for your community to ensure proper scheduling and synchronization.

Enablement Date: Work with the K4 Integrations team to determine a specific date to officially enable the integration.
Implementation

Credential Submission: Upon receiving credentials from MealSuite, K4Connect begins syncing dining data into the Fusion platform. At this stage, the data is imported but does not yet affect the live dining information in K4Community or other systems.

Data Validation: K4Connect verifies the completeness and accuracy of the data from MealSuite’s API. This including restaurant names, menu items, nutritional information, etc. Any discrepancies are resolved to ensure consistency across systems.

Integration Activation: On the agreed enablement date, MealSuite is connected to other relevant platforms, including K4Community.

Live Synchronization: After activation, the integration ensures ongoing synchronization. Changes made in MealSuite populate across systems in just a few minutes ensuring reduced staff time entering duplicate information and increased accuracy of data across all integrated applications.
