Publishing a Video to Direct Broadcast

Upload Video to Media Library

• Open Team Hub and navigate to the media section.

• Click on 'Videos' > Action button > Select 'New Video'.

• Paste the video URL in the URL field.

• Enter a title for the video

• Set the publish date

• Select the video type in the Provider field 

• Click 'Save' to upload the video.
  
  

Create a New Slideshow

• Navigate to the slideshow section in Team Hub.

• Click on 'New Slideshow'

• Enter the title. For ease of reference use the same name as the video.

• Set the publish date.

• Select visibility start time (e.g., today at 3:30 p.m.) and end time (e.g., today at 4:30 p.m.).

• Set your Direct Broadcast Channel as the Destination (do not select digital signage).

Set Recurring Schedule (Optional)

• If needed, you can set a recurring schedule that will play the video on repeat on the schedule you configure.

Add Video Slide

• Click on 'Slides' and then 'Add Item'.

• Select 'Video' as the item type.

• Choose the video you uploaded in the Media Library.

Duration can be disregarded. The video will play until either is ends or the scheduled time ends.

Save Slideshow

• Review all settings for the slideshow.

• Click 'Save' to finalize the slideshow.
