Thryve Integration: Requirements and Implementation Guide

The Thryve integration brings enhanced wellness tracking capabilities to the K4Community app, allowing residents to connect their personal fitness and wellness devices seamlessly.

Key Benefits

  • Centralized Wellness Tracking: Residents can pair over any of over 500 supported fitness and wellness devices—including Omron, Oura, Withings, Apple, Google, Fitbit, and Garmin—with the K4Community app.
  • Personalized Data Access: Each resident can view their wellness metrics from multiple devices all in one dashboard within the K4Community Plus app in both line-item and graph formats. 
  • Flexible Data Sharing: Wellness data collected via Thryve can be sent to other systems, such as remote patient monitoring platforms, based on community preferences.
  • Enhanced Resident Engagement: The visible Wellness section fosters greater involvement in personal health management, promoting active and informed lifestyles.

Requirements

  • Request Integration: Contact K4 to initiate the Thryve integration and enable the K4 Wellness section for your community.
  • Cost Consideration: There is an additional fee per resident for the integration. Please consult your Customer Success Manager for details or reach out to our Support team
  • Resident Devices: Residents must have compatible wellness devices to pair with the system.

Implementation

  • Initiate Request: Reach out to K4 via integrations@k4connect.com to request activation of the Thryve integration and the Wellness section.
  • Activation & Setup: Once enabled, the Wellness section will become visible in the K4Community app, allowing residents to begin pairing their devices.
  • Activation Timeframe: We will work with you to schedule a go-live date and we'll support you during and after activation
  • Resident Engagement: Encourage residents to connect their devices to Thryve and explore their wellness data.
  • Optional Data Sharing: Configure settings to share wellness data with additional systems (e.g., remote patient monitoring) if desired.
