Requirements

• Access Credentials: Provide K4Connect with your Twilio phone number and credentials for SMS sending.

• Data Sharing: Share resident contact information securely with K4Connect for population into Twilio.

Implementation

1. Initial Call: Schedule a call with K4Connect to discuss integration details and agree on a target enablement date.

2. Credential Provisioning: Submit your Twilio phone number and login credentials to K4Connect so we can authenticate the system for SMS delivery.
