• Unified staff data: All staff census data from UKG Pro Workforce Management syncs into connected systems in FusionOS, keeping records consistent and current.

Requirements

• Access & security: An active UKG account with the necessary permissions and security settings granted to K4Community. See our Integrations team for details.

• Configuration parameters: Including username, password, client_id, client_secret, url, and token.

• Field mapping choices: Indicate which UKG fields you use for Work Contact Information, Job Title, and Job Location.

• Directory visibility preference: Indicate whether staff should default to visible or hidden in the K4 directory. If staff profiles are hidden by default, you'll be able to change the visibility settings in Team Hub to show preferred staff profiles.

Implementation

Overview & timeframe:

• Kickoff & enablement date: We begin with a brief call with community decision-makers to confirm scope and agree on an enablement date. This call sets the project timeline and dependencies.

• Configuration & validation: K4Connect configures the connection and validates incoming data from UKG. This work proceeds once the required credentials and field mappings are supplied by the community.

• Post-enablement setup (if applicable): If you chose to hide staff by default, a community admin updates visibility in TeamHub for any staff who should appear in the directory.

What to expect after go-live:

• Continuous syncing of staff census data to connected systems.

• Ongoing timecard data sync, which can be analyzed alongside K4Connect’s data insights.
