Integrating Vimeo with K4Community provides a streamlined way to deliver video content directly to residents in the K4Community Plus app. This guide outlines the benefits, requirements, and implementation process to help you get started smoothly.
Key Benefits

Automated Video Import: All videos from the selected Vimeo channel(s) are automatically imported into TeamHub and published as a Post in the Videos section of the K4Community Plus app.

Multi-Channel Support: You can integrate multiple Vimeo channels or user accounts for a broader content base.

Daily Syncing: New videos added to the configured Vimeo channel(s) are imported nightly and become available in the app the next day.

Centralized Management: Content is centralized in TeamHub, allowing for easy access and control over what appears in the resident-facing app.
Requirements
- An active Vimeo account: You need an account that is controlled by the community.

All Channel IDs, User IDs, or Client IDs from Vimeo for each source you'd like to import.
All videos on these channels will be imported unless manually excluded within TeamHub. To do so, you will need to locate the video's Post and set it to end publication.
Implementation

Submit Channel Details: Share the relevant Vimeo channel/user/client IDs with the K4Connect integrations team.

Configuration by K4Connect: Our team will enable and configure the integration.

Initial Video Import: All existing videos from the specified channels will be imported.

Ongoing Sync: New videos are checked and imported nightly into the K4Community Plus app.

Manual Management: Any videos published to these sources that you prefer not to display in K4Community Plus must be manually removed within TeamHub.
