How to manage Alexa community contacts in Team Hub

K4Community Voice offers an option for residents to call up to 10 community phone numbers using their Echo/Alexa device. 

You cannot have two phone numbers with the same name. You can, however, have the same number for different locations/names.

To add phone numbers for your community's Alexa phonebook:

  1. In Team Hub, go to AdminCommunity Directory
  2. Click on the Alexa tab to see phone numbers already added to the Alexa phonebook
  3. Click Add newAlexa contact
  4. Provide the name of the contact and the phone number
  5. Click Save

 

To edit phone numbers in the Alexa phonebook:

  1. Click the 3-dot menu on the phone number
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make your necessary changes
  4. Click Update

 

To Delete phone numbers in the Alexa phonebook:

  1. Click the 3-dot menu on the phone number
  2. Click Remove
  3. Click Remove again to confirm

This will permanently remove the ability of residents to call Bistro using their Alexa device and cannot be undone.
