Overview
The integration of Volante with K4Community enables residents to conveniently view their dining balance directly within the K4Community Plus app. Once Volante is activated for your K4Community system, residents will see their current dining balance seamlessly kept up-to-date. In the Dining section of the resident app, a dedicated card will display this information, ensuring residents have easy access to their latest Volante dining balance.
The Volante integration requires some minimal maintainence after the initial implementation. Community teams will need to ensure that the resident record in K4Community Team Hub is matched with their Volante record by entering their Volante ID into the Team Hub.

Implementation
To enable Volante, you will need to provide K4Connect with your community’s Volante ID. Your Customer Success Manager will then support you in mapping resident records in K4Community to resident records in Volante. This can be done in bulk by K4Connect or manually in Team Hub by the community team.
