What if my email isn't recognized when logging in to K4Community Plus?

If you're trying to login to the K4Community Plus app and your email is not recognized, you can get a one-time 6-digit activation code from either someone on staff at your community or from K4Connect Support (preferred). 

To get a one-time activation code from K4Connect Support:

  • Call or email Support to request a code
    • We'll need to know your name, community name, and address to confirm your identity
    • We'll generate the code for you and you can use it to login to the app
  • To enter the code, click on Have a code on the login page and enter the code in the 6-digit Code field on the next page
  • Click Get Started
  • You'll be logged into the app. 

To get a one-time activation code from community staff:

  • Reach out to someone on staff in your community. 
  • If they have access to the K4Community Team Hub, they'll be able to generate the code for you. 
  • To enter the code, click on Have a code on the login page and enter the code in the 6-digit Code field on the next page
  • Click Get Started
  • You'll be logged into the app. 

If you've only used a 6-digit code to log into the mobile app and you then log out of the mobile app, you'll need another one-time 6-digit activation code to get back in.
