If you're trying to login to the K4Community Plus app and your email is not recognized, you can get a one-time 6-digit activation code from either someone on staff at your community or from K4Connect Support (preferred).
To get a one-time activation code from K4Connect Support:
- Call or email Support to request a code
- We'll need to know your name, community name, and address to confirm your identity
- We'll generate the code for you and you can use it to login to the app
- To enter the code, click on Have a code on the login page and enter the code in the 6-digit Code field on the next page
- Click Get Started
- You'll be logged into the app.
To get a one-time activation code from community staff:
- Reach out to someone on staff in your community.
- If they have access to the K4Community Team Hub, they'll be able to generate the code for you.
- To enter the code, click on Have a code on the login page and enter the code in the 6-digit Code field on the next page
- Click Get Started
- You'll be logged into the app.
If you've only used a 6-digit code to log into the mobile app and you then log out of the mobile app, you'll need another one-time 6-digit activation code to get back in.
