Why am I logged out of my K4Community Plus app?

There are a couple of ways you can be logged out of K4Community Plus.

Logging yourself out

You can log yourself out of the app via your profile page or there are technical reasons the app might not automatically log you back in. 

Technical reasons

• Clearing your cached files and images (web)
  • This removes your computer's memory of logins to certain websites including K4Community Plus. This is a pretty common practice that is useful for troubleshooting certain behaviors of internet browsers. If you've done this, you've likely been logged out of other sites like Facebook or any other site that requires login credentials.
• Deleting and re-downloading the app (mobile)
  • On mobile devices, you will remain logged in as long as you don't log out manually via the profile page. But, if you delete the app and re-download it for any reason, the app will not remember your login and you'll need ot log in again.
