Why are my smart home scenes not working?

Smart Home scenes are all driven by the K4 Smart Home Controller which is located in your home.

If you notice that previously-created scenes aren’t working as expected, make sure you:

• Reboot the K4 Controller by unplugging it for 30 seconds. This reboots the smart home system network and solves most minor smart home related issues.
• Check the device you're trying to control to make sure it works manually. It could be that the device itself is malfunctioning. For instance, if a light is not turning on with motion as expected, it could be the bulb in the fixture or the wiring of the light switch itself.
