Why can't I find who I'm looking for in the Directory?

Any resident who hasn't opted out of the Directory will be listed in the resident directory section of the app.

If you're having trouble locating someone make sure to: 

• Confirm whether the resident has opted out of the Directory. For privacy reasons some residents choose to opt out of having their information visible in the K4Community Plus resident directory. If they have opted out, you won't be able to find their information.
• Check that you're spelling the resident's name correctly. Using the search feature, it's easy to find who you're looking for but you have to make sure you're searching by the name listed in the K4 directory. For instance, if the person's name is Bill in the directory but you search for William, you may not get the results you're looking for. 
• Check with community staff to make sure they have entered the resident's information into the K4 system. For residents to show up in the Directory, community staff members will have to enter their information into K4.
