      Why can't I submit a work order using my K4Community Alexa device?

      Your K4Community Alexa device can help you alert your community team to tasks that need attention around your home. 

      If you're having trouble submitting a work order, make sure you're using the supported commands: 

      • Alexa/Echo, create a work order
      • Alexa/Echo my [household fixture] is broken
