Why is my content folder no longer visible in K4Community Plus or Team Hub?

post folder-min (1)In Team Hub, content can be published to any one of six main folders (Notice, Resource, Menu, Photo, Video, and Requests) and within those main six folders, community staff can create custom folders by typing the folder name in the Folder field. If the folder doesn't already exist, you'll get an option to create that folder. 

Once there is content posted in that newly created folder, the folder will be visible in K4Community Plus and available in Team Hub to post more content into. 

 

If at any point all of the content in a custom folder is archived or deleted, the folder will no longer be visible in K4Community Plus or Team Hub, but it can be recreated by repeating the "create folder" steps above.
