If your plugin motion sensor is not working:
- Make sure it's plugged into a working outlet
- Check to see if it's plugged into is a switched outlet.
- Some outlets are wired so that the top part of the outlet is operated by a wall switch so that a lamp can be plugged in and operated by the wall switch. If the motion sensor is plugged into a switch-operated outlet, it will not work when the switch is off.
Make sure the motion sensor is plugged in at a location where motion can be detected. The range of the motion sensor is 12 ft. in a 90° angle from the sensor
