Why isn't data from PointClickCare flowing through to K4Community?

To ensure PointClickCare data flows through to K4Community, you'll need to make sure that:
  • The email field on the resident detail screen is valid or null (empty)

  • The phone number is in the Main Number field on resident detail screen

  • The address field is properly populated

Currently, the PCC integration does not support:

  • Leaving a previously populated email field blank/null.

  • Reassigning a previously used email to a different resident.

So, for instance, if you want to A) Remove an email associated with a resident leaving the email field blank/null OR B) Take an email currently associated to a resident and reassign it to another resident, this will require back-end modifications by K4Connect.
