Why isn't data from PointClickCare flowing through to K4Community?
To ensure PointClickCare data flows through to K4Community, you'll need to make sure that:

The email field on the resident detail screen is valid or null (empty)

The phone number is in the Main Number field on resident detail screen

The address field is properly populated
Currently, the PCC integration does not support:

Leaving a previously populated email field blank/null.

Reassigning a previously used email to a different resident.
So, for instance, if you want to A) Remove an email associated with a resident leaving the email field blank/null OR B) Take an email currently associated to a resident and reassign it to another resident, this will require back-end modifications by K4Connect. Please reach out to K4Connect Support and we'll be happy to make those changes for you!
