Accurate Contact Details: When multiple phone numbers exist, the one marked “Primary” in Workday will be used, ensuring consistency.

Targeted Directory Management: Organizations can choose to show or hide staff members in the K4 directory by default, offering flexible visibility control.

Comprehensive Staff Profiles: The integration supports pulling key fields including Name, Phone, Email, Job Title, and Department, giving a complete view of each staff member.

Grant Access Configuration to K4Connect

Prepare the following configuration values:
- API Server URL
- Login Endpoint
- API Secret
- Refresh Token
- API Client ID
- Location IDs
- Visibility Preference: Decide whether staff members should be visible or hidden by default in the K4 staff directory.
Implementation

Initial Discussion: A kickoff call will be scheduled to discuss the integration details and confirm the enablement date.

Configuration by K4Connect: The K4Connect Integration team will handle setup and perform data checks and validation

Directory Visibility Adjustments (if needed): If the default setting is to hide staff from the directory, administrators must log in to TeamHub and manually update the visibility settings for staff members you want to be visible in K4Community Plus app
