Generate a Plus App Activation Code for a Resident

Go to the Residents section in TeamHub

• Log in to TeamHub.
• From the left-hand navigation menu, select Residents.
• This is where you will find the Resident record needed to generate the app code.

Select the correct Resident and generate the app code

• Locate the Resident who needs a K4 Community Plus activation code.
• Click on the Resident’s name to open their record.
• In the bottom-right action menu, click Get App Code.
  • The code is valid for 24 hours or until used for login

Cautionary Notes

• Do not delay in sharing the code with the Resident, since it expires after 24 hours.
• Verify you have selected the correct Resident before generating the code.
• The activation code is six digits; if the Resident reports issues, confirm the code was entered correctly with no spaces or other characters and is still within the valid time window.
