Create and Publish K4Community Content with Canva

This article outlines the steps to create and publish a menu using the K4 Community Canva integration, ensuring that the menu updates automatically with the latest information.

Locate the K4Community Canva App

• Open the Canva App Store.
• Click on 'Apps' on the left-hand side.
• Search for 'K4 Community'.
• Click on the K4 Community app.

Log In and Select Community

• Log in to the K4 Community app using your regular Team Hub credentials.
• If you have access to multiple communities, select the desired community from the dropdown menu.

Create a New Design

• Start a new design for your menu 
• Insert any images you want to use in your design.

Add your Widget

• Select from the available widgets.
• Choose options to display the appropriate content.

Customize Widget Appearance

• Adjust design options such as background opacity and visibility of logo, restaurant name, and  description.
• Insert the widget into your design and resize as needed.

Publish the Design

• Navigate to the publish option.
• Choose to either export as a static file (PowerPoint) or publish directly to digital signage.
• If publishing, select the appropriate digital signage location
• Decide whether to add the new slide to existing scheduled slides or replace them.

Finalize and Export if Needed

• Click 'Publish' to finalize the process.
• Optionally, export the design as a PowerPoint for later use.
