The Wellness feature only appears in K4Community Plus for communities that have subscribed to the service.
Enter your details
To connect your personal health device(s) with K4Community Plus,
- Click on Wellness and enter your basic health details to get started. This information is required by all wearable device manufacturers to calibrate your stride length, calorie burn, etc.
To get to the Wellness section in K4Community Plus:
- On Mobile, tap on More > Wellness
- On Web, tap on Wellness in the left hand menu
- Enter your height, weight, birthdate, and gender.
- This information is required by all wearable device manufacturers to calibrate your stride length, calorie burn, etc.
Connect your devices
Once you have saved your details, click on the Heart icon to start adding your personal wearable devices to K4Community Plus.
Apple Health and Google Health Connect devices can only be connected to K4Community via the mobile app. All other devices are available on web and mobile versions.
To connect your device:
- Select the device you'd like to connect. You'll be taken to the login screen for that device.
- Log in and confirm that you would like to share your information with K4Community
The data for that device will begin to appear in the Wellness section under Progress. Repeat this process for as many devices as you prefer. They can be easily disconnected if you change your mind.
