      How to match Volante IDs to K4Community resident profiles

       

      This article is intended for communities that have a Volante integration with K4Connect.

      To match a resident's Volante account with their K4Community profile:

      1. In the Team Hub, go to Admin > Integrations.

      2. Select Volante.

      3. Find the resident in the list and enter their Volante ID next to their name and click the check box to save
