What is the Resident Directory?

The Team Hub Resident Directory is the easy-to-use tool that allows you to manage your resident profiles for K4Community. It can work on its own, serving as a stand-alone census tool, or we can integrate with an existing CRM like PointClickCare or MatrixCare, among others to improve staff workflow and help you and your residents gain all the benefits of K4Community without adding any additional tasks to your day. 

That said, the Resident Directory covers all your needs for managing K4Community profiles for all your residents.

• Keep resident demographics and contact information up to date
• Manage resident preferences like opt in/out of Resident Checkin or visibility in the K4Community Plus Directory
• Add friends and family to encourage connection through the app
• Create and manage resident groups which allow you to target content more effectively based on resident interest. 
• Submit move requests (move-in, move-out, and room moves) which automatically maintains all appropriate connections and associations with smart home systems and enterprise voice services.
