Check the Status of a Work Order with K4Community Plus

This article explains how to check the status of a submitted work order in K4Community Plus. It covers both the web app and mobile app versions.

Check the What's New feed for status updates

• In both the Web and Mobile versions, your work order status will be reflected in your What's New feed any time the status of the work order is updated.

Web - View Open Requests

• On the web version, in left-hand navigation menu, click Requests.
• Click Open to see your open requests

Mobile - View Open Requests

• Tap More in the bottom menu
• Select Requests.
• Tap Open to see your open requests.

Cautionary Notes

• Status updates may not appear immediately in the What's New feed; if you do not see one, check the Requests section.
• If you have submitted multiple work orders, verify you are checking the correct one before taking action.
