Logging In to Plus App as a Staff User

This article explains how staff members can access K4Community Plus using their staff TeamHub credentials. It also details some limitations once logged in.

Open the K4 Community Plus login page

• Navigate to www.k4community.com for web or download the mobile app
• On the login page, click Staff Login.
• This will redirect you to the staff authentication screen.

Log In to K4Community Plus

• Type in your staff email address.
• Click Get Started to continue.
• Enter the same password you use for TeamHub.
• Click Login 

Some limitations

After logging in, you will see most of the same content and features that residents see. This can be useful as reference for yourself or as an educational tool for showing residents how to navigate and use the app.

Some of the limitations include:

• Directory: You can view it, but you cannot use resident messaging or video call features.
• Requests: You can view the new work order form, but you cannot submit a work order as a staff user.
• Home Controls: Since your user will not be associated with a smart home system, you will not see Home Controls in your app.
