SMS Opt-in

By sending an SMS message to K4Connect Support the sender is automatically opting in to communication via text. They are presented with the option to opt out on the reply message sent by K4Connect. For message sent from K4Connect to the user, the message included instructions for how to opt out or opt back in if they’ve previously opted out.
