Digital Signage Troubleshooting

If you’re not seeing the content you expect to see on your Digital Signage player, please check the following:

  1. Are the slides you're looking for published to the correct destination(s)?

  2. Are the slides you're looking for scheduled for the current date and time?

  3. Is the HDMI cable properly seated in the NUC and the display screen in question? If it is seated properly, try replacing it. Sometimes the HDMI cable can malfunction.

  4. Is your Digital Signage NUC connected to the internet? If no or you're not sure, reboot the device by turning it off and back on using the power button.
